How? What? When?

There is No Time Like the Present

An idea today is a business tomorrow. Waiting to take the next step can be dangerous, so don’t make that mistake. If you want to start or grow a business, the time is now. Let’s make that first step together and do something great.

Have a Plan

Have an idea or an existing business? Great, do you have a plan? Stage planning is crucial when starting or running a business. How are you set your goals, timelines, expectations, team, and management around the business are extremely important. So let’s make a plan.

Grow Your Business

Always evolve! The Internet is constantly change and so are businesses, so continue to grow yours. Make sure you are keeping up with the latest security updates, growth trends, applications, and etc..

Remember to have Fun

Some people say that “fun” is not a word used to describe work. I say they are wrong. If you are having fun while at work then you don’t feel like you are working. Remember to live a little, laugh, have a good time, and of course grow the business!

My Process

Discovery – What is your need?

  • 01

It’s simple, you have a “need”, what is it? This can simply be “growth” or “optimization”. Or it can be a problem that you are currently facing. Either scenario will go through the same process.

  • 02

Once we identify your needs, let’s fully understand what caused it and what direction you want to head in.

  • 03

A man with a plan! Time to start planning out our next steps!

  • 04

Once the plan is created, we must check to see if we have the necessary means to complete the work. It is in this stage that we will manage expectations, timelines, budget, and etc..

Communication – is key

  • 01

Let’s be honest, communication is crucial to any project, no matter its size!

  • 02

Always be upfront, expect nothing less from me. Technology is not perfect, nor are human beings. This said, whether the project is crushing all expectations or if it’s even a day behind, you will always know. My goal is to always help you grow and have nothing but the best experience.

  • 03

Things change! I understand that timelines, approvals, budgets and so on are subject to change from time-to-time. I understand, do not worry. However, I will refer to the two previous points above, communicate and we can accomplish anything.

The Goal

  • 01

Simple – every project has a goal and my job is to help you accomplish that goal.

  • 02

We work together as a team, communicate effectively and remain focused.

  • 03

Stay focused on the plan set in the previous stages and track our progress against it. This will allow us to manage the end results.

  • 04

    Achieve the goal!

This is going on the web, social media, and other various channels without ad spending. There are many ways to increase your organic growth, such things can include: SEO, social media, blogging, backlinking, creating profiles, videos, and much more. There is no perfect formula as the algorithms for search engines are always changing and is that very reason why there is always work to be done.

If you do not have a strategy then you are merely connecting pieces without knowing how they will affect each other. The strategy build the stages upon which you launch a new product, rebrand a business, or even launch a digital campaign. Without a strategy you are driving blind with high hopes of success. You need a strategist because they can see big picture and break down the process in order to see which areas need focus and how those tasks will be accomplished.

This a popular question and has various answers. The overall answer is, “Yes”! Even if you are not driving revenue from it, we live in a digital age where people look for company’s before shopping at them. To maintain a presence and let people know you are with the times, social can do that. It also helps in SEO and can also be used as an educational platform to your potential new customers and even customer service. At the end of the day, this is dependent on your business vertical and your strategy, but at the minimum, I would recommend keeping your social up-to-date.

One of the, if not “the” most famous question. The first page, everyone wants to be there, but there are limited spaces. This question is simple; there are two routes: paid or organic.

(Paid) – Spend money on ads and just like that you can be on the front, if you have a larger budget or high conversion rate. This is almost instant.

(Organic) – This is more SEO, populating the web with your brand and content, and so on. This is more time consuming, takes more efforts, and requires patience. However, for long term goals, organic is the way to go.

Another popular question and you are not alone. With the Internet constantly evolving and algorithms changing, so does your rankings and potential security risks. Most times a website upgrade is needed to give the site a facelift and make it look crisp and new. However, other times it is also due to security which should never be overlooked no matter how small or large your company/website is

Having an older well maintained website is absolutely fine, but if you have a website that is 5 or 6 years old the pictures haven’t been changed out, no new content has been added, and you are not doing any SEO, then you can’t expect to be ranking better and stay safe.
